Deep Dive (Actionable Insights)

Being a founder can be an exhilarating yet tiring experience. The best part? It’s definitely the freedom and creativity you have in bringing your own ideas to life. Imagine waking up every day with the power to make decisions that directly shape the future of your business and your life in general. There's a real thrill in seeing something you dreamed about turn into reality, and even more so when it starts impacting people's lives positively. Not only your customers but those around you.

But it's not all smooth sailing. The worst part about being a founder can be the sheer amount of responsibility on your shoulders. Every decision, success, and failure falls to you. (Yea, I know, this part sucks). This can lead to stress and long hours. It’s not a role for the weak, so pull your pants up.

You genuinely will have to do the things you don’t want to do, but this is okay because it primes your brain to be happy with the good things, and gratitude comes much easier quite frankly. So go out their and focus on your idea and bringing it to life, go pitch it, go sell it, go talk to anyone and everyone about what you do and how you can help them and you never know, someone might just know someone else that can help you out. This will help you gain the confidence to be a great orator and also salesman (AKA the number one skill, because you have to sell something).

Now, why do we spend so much time talking about websites and traffic? Well, in today's digital world, your website is often the first point of contact between your company and potential customers. It's your digital storefront. Getting traffic to your website means getting potential customers in the door, which is why we emphasize SEO and web presence. It's all about getting noticed in a sea of competitors and making sure your business stands out. If you’re walking outside on your local main street and see all the storefronts, they all have signs, no? So then why would you not make one for those passing by online? You absolutely did not make a first impression and that’s the only things that matters, because their’s so much competition out there, you only have one shot at impressing people.

So go get market yourself and get to work. All you need to do is spend 30 minutes a day emailing, 30 minutes a day working on your site, 30 minutes a day making cold calls. Then, those results will compile. Go get yourself a list of people that may want your product, and then just call them. It’s that simple.
