This week’s website is having a VSL on your site. It gives people the ability to see you and hear what you sell…this will get them more primed for a sales call, they will be more comfortable with you, and their brain will convince them that they already know you (and hopefully like you if your pitch is good).

Deep Dive (Actionable Insights)
So, I wanted to start today off talking about one of the first things people think of when starting a company in today’s world. Websites. Websites act as a digital billboard for companies and they also help convert traffic into actual paying clients.
Usually when people think of starting a business, they go “oh jeez, I have to setup a website so people know what I do.” That is indeed true. Most customers come from online or referrals to start, so it’s a good way of showing them, “hey, I’m real, and I have a good product/service to offer you, and here’s why mine is the best and/or why mine will help you in some way, shape, or form.”
But what actually makes a website convert more visitors? Well you have a few things.
Social Proofing
Testimonials
Compelling Headlines
A Great Offer
A Motivating Call-To-Action
Simplicity
First off, people want to see you’ve done x thing before and can do it for them, and do it well. You want to show them some proof you are who you say you are, and use compelling headlines, social proofing, and testimonials to show them this. Then you hit them with an offer that is so good they can’t say no. Lastly, comes your Call-To-Action to motivate them to buy x thing and keep it so damn simple that they barely even have to move their mouse. That’s the key to to conversion.
So go look these things up, check my training, and check out those links and you can make yourself a website that actually converts visitors into customers. If you spend 1 hour today or tomorrow doing this, you can complete these tasks and be well on your way to making sales. Just take the damn hour!
